During this unprecedented health crisis, Airtech employees are finding solutions to help caregivers and health services by providing them with protective equipment.
Using our design and cutting capabilities, we have been able to create a prototype of gowns based on several Airtech films, which were subsequently validated by the hospital community as an urgent solution for a serious shortage on the market.
The Airtech teams (Luxembourg, UK, US) mobilized and invested to carry out this project and commenced the production of thousands of gowns to provide to hospitals, emergency services, retirement homes, the Red Cross, etc.
Airtech was also able to provide thousands of FFP2 protective masks to many hospitals, retirement homes, home nursing services, firefighters, police, stores, etc. We were able to source the masks via liaison with our Airtech Asia site in Tianjin, China.
The entire Airtech team is pleased to contribute to the community in this unprecedented crisis and demonstrates its support for all those on the front lines who, with courage, are taking care and helping people in very difficult conditions.
